Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a remote basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to Danish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Respond promptly to contract and billing inquiries, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
- Support both B2B and B2C clients with professionalism and dedication.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- A valid contract of employment or mandate agreement.
- Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours long shifts per day, including breaks.
- The option to work remotely or from our Warsaw office.
