The gTech Ads Customer Support organization provides exceptional customer care to our advertisers and business teams. Our Large Customer Sales (LCS) Titanium and Gold Customer Support Team is a solution-oriented team that helps our most business teams and Tier 2 (Titanium) and Tier 3 (Gold) segment advertisers. Google's role is to support customers globally, providing products and services that make the world a better place.

As a Product Support Specialist, you will prioritize and deliver customer service throughout the customer journey, troubleshoot and resolve issues by interacting with Google's advertisers and business teams, agencies, and partners. You will apply product expertise solving technical customer issues and escalations and carrying out projects.

About the Job

This role involves partnering with our business and other cross-functional partner teams to own and improve the journey of all clients across, resolve issues and understand customer pain points. You will share insights and provide expertise to our partner teams to support product and process improvements.
