About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving client inquiries and issues related to our ERP system in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with our development team to clarify or resolve complex issues and provide high-quality support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve client inquiries and issues via phone, email, or online chat
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on product functionality and features
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English
- Experience working with ERP systems in a similar industry
