Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at ShareP - Sustainable Parking Management. As a critical member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our growing European customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in English and German
  • Resolve technical and operational customer issues with a customer-first attitude
  • Work with our technical and sales teams to improve customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Polish, and German (both written and verbal)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus
