Position: SDN / SW Developer – Summer Trainee
Duration: 3 months
Location: Poland, Bydgoszcz
Date: 1.07.2025 – 30.09.2025
Education Recommendations: Active student status in Computer Science or similar field

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team, you will:

  • Gain general knowledge of Fixed Network solutions, Broadband Network, different PONs (Passive Optical Network) types
  • Get practical experience with using Python for Web applications (REST API), React
  • Work with Webservices
  • Get familiar with containerized software
  • Familiarize with SDN solutions for Fixed Network (Nokia Altiplano Access controller, SEBA, VOLTHA, and more…)
  • Intent-Based Networking
  • Work with the mentor and the team on your own project

  • CI/CD, Agile, SCRUM
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You should have:

  • Active student status (for at least one year)
  • Good English, both spoken and written
  • Ready to work full-time during the summertime
  • Minimum 1-2 years of academic background
  • Team-player attitude
