Your responsibilities would include:

  1. Understanding and being able to communicate company strategy to team and individuals and establish a corresponding team strategy.
  2. Establishing and maintaining an effective network (with Sales, Customer Service as well as within HGSS) and E2E Process visibility in order to drive an efficient and quality service.
  3. Demonstrating CPI mind-set and embedding it in the team by challenging the status quo and looking for the most efficient and standard ways of working, supporting HGSS and OTC strategy in value of digital.
  4. Executing the process delivery with expected service objectives and quality and continuously driving improvement.
  5. Taking ownership for end-to-end process and service delivery including the rest of the Back Office and Front Office processes.
  6. Solving operational issues, identifying root causes and acting to prevent it in the future.
  7. Acting as an escalation point for OpCos for all OTC topics (Collection Team Leader).
  8. Ensuring that effective controls are executed, and monthly control reports are delivered.
  9. Ensuring complete and up-to-date process documentation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  1. 2+ years of relevant experience in finance area in a leadership or coordinator position.
  2. Prior experience in projects (leading or being a member of the project).
  3. Experience in a multi-national environment (including Shared Services Centres) – nice to have.
  4. Experience in finance.
  5. Ability to translate data into relevant actions.
  6. Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  7. Fluency in English.
