EMEA E-COMMERCE CONTENT SPECIALIST

MISSION

This position plays a crucial role in enhancing SUNSTAR's digital presence and contributing to E-commerce growth across the EMEA region, by optimizing product content, ensuring accurate and compelling listings and implementing best practices for product's discoverability and conversion. This role supports the strategic development of Sunstar Europe's ecommerce channels by maintaining high-quality content standards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and execute E-commerce Content updates and developments for Amazon (written, visual, video, other marketing and advertising assets etc.). Adapt EMEA campaigns and create specific content in collaboration with SUNSTAR HQ teams and external agencies.
  • Manage and localize E-commerce content workflows across regional affiliates across 7+ countries.
  • Annual portfolio and content planning with further roadmap execution throughout the year.
  • Monitor live E-commerce content (via tools and agency support) for accuracy and quality, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions with Sunstar teams and agencies.
  • Maintain EU Digital Shelf consistency, ensuring SUNSTAR brand's content and catalogue compliance in AMAZON.
  • Report regularly on the ongoing projects and workstreams. Participate and/or lead weekly, monthly status calls with agencies involved.
  • Support E-commerce Manager in developing business cases aimed at fostering AMAZON channel growth.
  • Develop standards and innovation for E-commerce content, helping establish SUNSTAR's reputation for excellence in digital shelf presence.
  • Keep up with current trends and new developments in E-commerce Content, content UX, Digital Shelf and Omni-channel as well as shares.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, digital media, retail or relevant field.
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce (E-content) Project or Account management, E-merchandising gained in Advertising agencies / Digital / AMAZON-servicing companies.
  • Proven operational experience with AMAZON Seller/Vendor Central Content delivery CMS - General understanding of e-commerce CMS systems (e.g. Magento) as well as knowledge of Syndication Content Tools (e.g. Salsify) will represent a strong asset to cover the job successfully.
  • Fluent English (oral & written) + minimum 1 other European language (oral & written work proficiency).
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and highly structured in approach.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Power BI and AI tools; hands-on experience with these technologies is a strong advantage.
