The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is part of Payment Product Development (PPD) CRM Technology team and is responsible for managing system requirements, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance of corporate applications. The team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry leading packaged software and customer developed solutions.

The candidate will work as part of the CRM team to build and support applications to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM business function. This role will participate in design, development, testing and support of CRM applications and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in developing technical solutions in CRM area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high quality technical solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Platform.
  2. Integrate MS Dynamics 365 CRM with other applications using Realtime or batch integrations or building custom solutions using webservices.
  3. Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with different/competing timelines and demands.
  4. Flexible to work on Project Implementations, Operations and Support activities.
  5. Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels.
  6. Mentor junior developers and ensure that they are successful in their roles.
  7. Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders for providing technical solutions for implementation and support related needs including working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance.
  8. Own critical Visa applications/services necessitating in coordination with teams in different time zones, including during non-standard hours as necessary.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. 1-3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
  2. BS in computer science or related field.
  3. 1-3 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 product.
  4. Experience in implementing CRM integrations to other systems using web services.
  5. Very Strong .Net and JavaScript skills.
  6. Experience with C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and the CRM SDK is required.
  7. Experience extending Dynamics CRM Plugins, Custom Workflows & Actions using .Net components & SQL.
  8. Significant experience in development and support of CRM applications.
  9. Experience in building database queries and procedures.
  10. Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  11. Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  12. Demonstrated ability to solve complex software development issues.
  13. Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs.
  14. Driven and self-motivated, work creatively to solve challenging problems.
  15. Willingness to work with different technologies.
  16. Proactive thinking with a 'can do' attitude and have out-of-box thinking attitude.
  17. Experienced in collaborating with medium to large development teams distributed worldwide.
  18. Should have strong hands-on experience on data migration.
  19. Customer Service Workspace (CSW) application experience with Genesys integration is nice to have.
  20. SQL Server and DB Knowledge.
  21. Microsoft Dynamic Copilot.
  22. Azure Function/services.
  23. Power Automate and Power Apps.
  24. A team player but can work independently too.
  25. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
