We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Contract Analyst at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing:- Serve as the study-specific point of contact with the ICON project team and sponsor's legal team on contract and budget matters.
- On a project basis, set the parameters for and lead the progress of the contracts process across a region of countries, coordinating the work of Contracts Analysts.
- Serve as point of escalation for sites that are unresponsive or slow to negotiate and use your industry knowledge to expedite the process.
- Monitor and assist with the delivery of all study clinical trial agreements to achieve outputs according to delivery timelines and standards detailed with sponsor.
- Provide substantive guidance, monitoring, and support regarding clinical trial agreement deliverables, including undertaking activities identified in the Site Contracts Governance Plan.
- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.
- Strong experience in relevant areas involving contracts, negotiations, client management or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job.
- Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
