How you will create an impact:
  • Understand relevant business use cases and procedures related to business applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend application enhancements, and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning to align application services with business goals.
  • Oversee configuration and maintenance of business applications, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users, addressing application-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases.
  • Liaise with software vendors for support and enhancements.
  • Define, operate, and continuously improve services based on relevant applications.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols and support regular audits.
  • Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements.
  • Manage incident resolution and problem-solving processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend new software solutions.
  • Conduct regular application performance reviews and generate reports.
  • Plan and execute application upgrades and patch management.
  • Develop, document, and maintain application-related policies and procedures.
Your profile:
  • Apprenticeship as IT specialist or bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT application support or similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing business applications, including service desks and contract lifecycle management platforms.
  • Experience with SAAS enterprise software solutions and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with Integration / API Management.
  • Experience in large or medium-sized enterprises.
  • Analytical thinking to assess complex situations.
  • A keen focus on user satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
