We are excited to welcome a new Customer Sales Administrator to our flavor Polish team.

The ideal candidate will be the single point of contact for IFF's Sales Force, effectively operating as the liaison on all issues relating to existing and new flavor business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the local Sales Team of 5 Account Managers
  • Act as a contact person for flavor customers (communication in Polish and English via phone and email)
  • Coordinate internal sales workflows (preparing price offers, generating specifications, and booking samples)
  • Connect customers with various IFF departments
  • Manage data in Salesforce of customers as well as related projects
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure that customers receive requested services on time
  • Arrange internal and external calls and meetings
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service would be an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills: to manage priorities, very tight timelines, and changing project requirements as well as supporting external customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: effectively communicate and build customer and internal relationships
  • Responsible and a team player
  • Problem solver focused on delivering solutions, ability to quickly learn
  • Confident handling of MS Office tools
  • Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English
