WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
  1. Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients in the fintech and payments industry;
  2. Support lead generation activities through research, outreach, and prospecting via various channels;
  3. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate business development activities;
  4. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients;
  5. Work closely with senior business development managers to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets;
  6. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas;
  7. Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention;
  8. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, compliance, and technical departments, to support client onboarding and service delivery;
  9. Regularly attend conferences.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  1. 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech-related roles is a great plus;
  2. Strong interest in fintech, payments, and the PSP industry;
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow;
  5. Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends;
  6. Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus;
  7. Fluency in Russian and English.
