For our client, we are looking for a creative and innovative Content Creator at Warsaw, to craft engaging email and SMS content. You will utilize AI tools for content generation and ensure consistency across all marketing materials, following our clear SOPs to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in content creation and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in using AI content generation tools.
  • Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with task management tools like ClickUp and communication tools like Slack.
  • Ability to adhere to detailed SOPs to maintain content quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling email and SMS content using AI tools such as Phrasee and Copy.ai.
  • Develop personalized content tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Design templates for feedback and survey emails/SMS.
  • Produce effective cross-sell and upsell content to enhance customer value.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual consistency across marketing materials.
  • Manage tasks and track progress using ClickUp.
  • Gather inspiration and benchmark competitors using MailCharts.
  • Follow detailed SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in all content creation tasks.
