Beekeeper is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Release & Enablement Manager to lead and optimize product release operations across all product teams. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless product releases, upgrades, and enablement efforts for internal and external stakeholders. The Product Release Manager will drive collaboration, innovation, and efficiency in the release and enablement processes, addressing key pain points and advancing our organizational goals in this area, working closely with our Sales Enablement and Product Marketing teams.

Your Responsibilities

Release Management & Optimization

  1. Own the planning, coordination, and execution of product releases across all product teams.
  2. Evolve and improve the communication channels to maximize reach of information and value delivery.
  3. Work closely with marketing and enablement functions to optimize the release process, minimizing disruptions and maximizing impact for commercial teams, prospects, and customers, ensuring everyone understands the value and capabilities of the released product.
  4. Establish and maintain release policies, standards, and best practices across the organization, across Demo, Early Access, and General Availability release scenarios.
  5. Elevate and standardize the level of internal insights on the performance of product releases across different release scenarios.

Stakeholder Enablement

  1. Partner with the product teams, marketing, and enablement functions to create comprehensive enablement content and strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Drive the development and delivery of high-quality release documentation, training materials, and communication plans for prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  3. Ensure all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to leverage product releases effectively.

Collaboration Across Teams

  1. Work closely with product teams to coordinate and align release activities, ensuring seamless handoffs and delivery to end users.
  2. Foster cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing, and commercial teams to enhance the release and enablement processes.

Continuous Improvement

  1. Identify bottlenecks & pain points in the current release and enablement processes and develop solutions in close collaboration with marketing and enablement functions to address these challenges.
  2. Collect & leverage data and feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve release operations and enablement strategies.

Communication & Reporting

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for all release-related activities and communications.
  2. Provide regular updates to leadership on release performance, stakeholder enablement, and process improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for
  1. 3 years of relevant experience managing B2B SaaS product releases and related enablement.
  2. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  3. Stellar communication and presentation skills.
  4. Strong customer, user, and commercial focus on product value.
  5. Confident in lateral leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Business-level fluency in English.
  7. Experience in a technology or SaaS company.
Bonus Points
  1. Experience in a product management, product operations, or similar role.
  2. German fluency.
  3. Knowledge of Frontline businesses.
