About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Release Operations Manager to join our team at Beekeeper AG. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless product releases, upgrades, and enablement efforts for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

As a Product Release Strategist, you will drive collaboration, innovation, and efficiency in the release and enablement processes, addressing key pain points and advancing our organizational goals in this area. You will work closely with our Sales Enablement and Product Marketing teams to optimize the release process, minimizing disruptions and maximizing impact for commercial teams, prospects, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, coordination, and execution of product releases across all product teams.
  • Elevate and standardize the level of internal insights on the performance of product releases across different release scenarios.
  • Partner with the product, marketing, and enablement functions to create comprehensive enablement content and strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive the development and delivery of high-quality release documentation, training materials, and communication plans for prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  • Work closely with product teams to coordinate and align release activities, ensuring seamless handoffs and delivery to end users.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing, and commercial teams to enhance the release and enablement processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks & pain points in the current release and enablement processes and develop solutions in close collaboration with marketing and enablement to address these challenges.
  • Collect & leverage data and feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve release operations and enablement strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience managing B2B SaS product releases and related enablement.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer, user, and commercial focus on product value.
  • Confident in lateral leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business-level fluency in English.
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS company.

Bonus Points

The following skills are highly desirable but not required:

  • Experience in a product management, product operations, or similar role.
  • German fluency.
  • Knowledge of Frontline businesses.
