Job Title: Business Process & Project Expert

About the Job

This role focuses on driving business excellence by leading strategic projects and optimizing processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will have expertise in project management and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases.
  3. Understand and analyze business processes within the company, covering efficiency, transparency, and compliance with relevant legal/tax regulations.
  4. Identify potential areas for improvement and propose alternative solutions.
  5. Define process KPIs and methods of measuring and monitoring them.
  6. Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and ensure project milestones are met.
  7. Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  8. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  9. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  10. Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and understanding of project status and changes.
  12. Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. Experience in ERP and systems implementation.
  3. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  4. Proven experience as a Project Leader/Coordinator with a focus on Change Management.
  5. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  9. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification is highly desirable.
  10. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  11. Advanced knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  12. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  13. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  14. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Polish is a must.
