We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Blazity. We're seeking someone proactive, open-minded, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You'll bring a solid understanding of the IT market in Poland and the ability to adapt to change as we grow and evolve together. Our Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in an agency or software house within the Polish market.
  2. Proven successful experience in closing tech vacancies.
  3. A basic ability to differentiate between technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be able to identify and understand the key differences between technologies.
  4. Strong ability to assess candidates and make decisions based on interview outcomes.
  5. Proactive attitude - we value your effort and treat each other as business partners.
  6. Fluency in English (at least C1 level) – we work with clients from the USA, so clear and fluent communication is key.
  7. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively – this is important in the dynamic environment of Blazity.
  8. Adaptability – you should thrive in our fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adjust to shifting priorities and needs.
  9. Tech-savviness – comfortable working with recruitment tools, especially ATS, and sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn.
  10. Openness to feedback and strong communication skills – this will certainly streamline workflows and communication within the company.

Scope Of Responsibilities

  1. Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT roles, from initial candidate sourcing to final hiring.
  2. Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers, team leads, and developers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and optimize the recruitment process.
  3. Proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  4. Organizing and maintaining candidate records within the ATS to ensure up-to-date, accurate information.
  5. Creating and posting engaging job advertisements to attract top talent in the competitive IT job market.
  6. Conducting direct search, building relationships with passive candidates.
  7. Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  8. Continuously analyzing and optimizing recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the quality of hires.
  9. Reporting on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience, to provide insights and drive improvements.
