Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Warsaw, Poland / Belgrade, Serbia
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate completions of payroll and administrative tasks as assigned
- Effectively managing the resolution of assigned employee cases regarding payroll and administration issues
- Completion of payroll reporting as assigned
- Accurate and timely creation and posting of payroll ledger accounts as assigned
- Year-end processes to support accurate and timely administration of payroll responsibilities with the region as assigned
- Assist in keeping up with payroll compliance as assigned
- Other duties that managers can request
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR/finance
- 2 years of experience in HR/finance
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
- Strong Excel skills required, with a working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the data and information
