What will be your role?

As a Marketing Operations Assistant, you will optimize marketing operations and support data-driven campaigns. You'll report to Jessie, the Marketing Programs Manager, and collaborate with teams in London and Bangalore.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Managing marketing tech – Overseeing HubSpot, Lusha, and Apollo.
  • Data ownership – Leading CRM data enrichment, audits, and maintenance.
  • Lead management – Reviewing, enriching, and classifying inbound leads.
  • Campaign support – Pulling targeted lists and updating CRM post-events.
  • ABM & direct mail – Managing address data for targeted campaigns.
  • Data hygiene – Resolving email bounces and ensuring CRM accuracy.
  • Reporting & analytics – Creating and maintaining HubSpot reports.
  • Nurture programs – Supporting automated marketing sequences.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Global collaboration – Experience working with international teams.
  • Organisation & detail orientation – Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Communication – Strong written and verbal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Data-driven mindset – Passion for analytics and continuous learning.
  • Project management – Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Must-have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform.
  • Fluent English – Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred experience:

  • Lead funnels & segmentation – Understanding of audience targeting.
  • Marketing analytics – Tracking performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI).
  • Excel proficiency – Ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning techniques.
  • Familiarity with Notion (nice to have).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
