Job Description

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to support the Travel & Expense workstream, focusing on business credit card administration and overall T&E support.

  1. Credit Card maintenance as Admin Role, contact with Bank
  2. Business support – trainings of Concur & bank application for users
  3. Communicate complex issues and effectively handle difficult customer requests to maximize productivity, payment resolution and effectiveness
  4. Handle escalated and time sensitive requests for T&E activity.
  5. Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems
  6. Ensure compliance of T&E Policy by monitoring Expense Reports and Operations supervision
  7. Ensure high quality of queries resolution.
  8. Cooperation with TAX, Compliance and Audit team
  9. Support T&E system changes and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or TAX related field is preferred
  2. Experience in Concur, SAP
  3. Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred
  4. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  5. Strong independent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage to meet competing deliverables
  7. Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  8. Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently
