What You'll Do
  1. Discover Top Talent: Source senior-level, specialized candidates for leading global companies across European and international markets.
  2. Quality First: Screen and interview candidates to ensure only the best are presented to our clients.
  3. Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and utilize innovative evaluation methods to identify top talent.
  4. Network Like a Pro: Build strong online and offline connections to promote our employer brand and attract the best professionals.
What We're Looking For
  1. Experience: 3+ years in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
  2. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing and conducting interviews via Teams, Zoom, or Skype.
  3. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Industry Insight: Deep understanding of job requirements and assessments for IT and Non-IT roles.
  5. Networking Pro: Proven ability to build and maintain a solid professional network.
Nice to Have
  1. Experience working in a growing tech organization.
  2. Additional language skills (e.g., German or Russian).
  3. Previous experience in client communication.
