This is our Director of Product Operations role for those who strive to implement functional processes and drive them to full completion.

The Director of Product Operations is the mastermind behind building and scaling a top-notch Product Ops function. Think of this role as the glue that holds everything together—ensuring smooth operations, smarter decisions, and seamless collaboration across the entire product organization. You'll be the driving force behind optimizing processes, weaving in cutting-edge tech, and delivering insights that empower executives, product managers, and everyone in between. Tasks in the role
  1. Bring order to chaos Lead the charge in standardizing and optimizing how we plan roadmaps, execute release trains, and keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
  2. Be the ultimate team connector, ensuring cross-functional initiatives are aligned, on track, and delivered like clockwork.
  3. Love data? You'll build systems that not only track and report key metrics but also sound the alarm when something's off—because surprises are for birthday parties, not business metrics.
  4. Turn data into storytelling gold, providing insights that help executives and product leaders make smarter, bolder decisions.
  5. Add some financial wizardry to our decision-making by developing processes that reveal how business moves impact development costs.
  6. Spot inefficiencies like a pro detective and craft solutions that save resources, cut costs, and boost productivity.
  7. Embrace your inner tech enthusiast by introducing AI tools that make our workflows smarter, faster, and just plain cooler.
  8. Become the voice of the customer by centralizing feedback and making sure those golden nuggets of insight actually influence what we build.
  9. Help us understand what users want (even when they don't know it themselves) by leading research efforts that inspire great products.

Who we are looking for
  1. Proven track record of leading or scaling a Product Operations function or similar role (e.g., program management, operations leadership).
  2. Strong track record of optimizing product development processes and delivering cross-functional projects.
  3. Proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making, including experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and creating dashboards.
  4. Knowledge of modern AI technologies and their potential for product development.
  5. Comfortable assessing and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executives and managing high-stakes projects.
  8. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, focusing on mentorship and talent development.
