Job Description

The International Operations Director is responsible for overseeing a team of experienced professionals who provide exceptional client service and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing and improving client relationships to maximize revenue generation and achieve business objectives.
  2. Selecting, training, and developing high-performing direct reports to ensure consistent delivery of quality services.
  3. Managing operational reports to optimize performance, attendance adherence, and client satisfaction.
  4. Cultivating strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Providing leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards.
  6. Conducting regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team, and offer ongoing developmental coaching.

Requirements

  • Significant managerial experience within a contact center environment as Operations Manager or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop action plans that maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes to establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal.
  • Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining a professional demeanor.
