We are seeking an accomplished sales executive to join our team as a Country Sales Director. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the country.

About the RoleThe Country Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving sales performance. You will analyze market trends, competitor data, and make informed decisions to maintain our competitive edge.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and introduction of country-specific sales strategies, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and departmental projects.
As a Country Sales Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. Your expertise in sales and business planning, paired with exceptional leadership skills, will enable you to drive success and achieve desired results.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Leading and managing the sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Contributing to the development and introduction of country-specific sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Ensuring seamless execution of business plans, managing departmental projects, and driving sales performance
- Analyzing market trends, competitor data, and making informed decisions to maintain competitive edge
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and people management
- Master's degree in business administration or related field
- Expertise in sales systems and business planning concepts
- Exceptional leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage stakeholders
- Familiarity with finance and basic accounting principles, as well as proficiency in digital tools
- Fluency in Polish and English languages
