Business Development Manager (outsourcing IT)
Your responsibilities
- Actively acquiring new customers in both Polish and international markets
- Promoting and selling business solutions to potential clients through all sales channels
- Creating development plans, including an active sales pipeline and implementation strategies, to build new profitable businesses
- Actively and successfully managing the sales process, including generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating with clients, and closing deals
- Following up on clients' requests
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration tasks are completed properly
- Developing lasting relationships with assigned SQ1 clients and hired consultants
- Resolving problems related to the activities of contractors and customers
- Working within Square One's processes and procedures to ensure adherence to the core sales timeline
- Working closely with the Recruitment Team on acquired requirements
Our requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience in business development in a recruitment agency, software house or IT consulting
- Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes
- Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
- Can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity and courage to bring new ideas
- Good command of English (B2 level)
