Office ManagerJob Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
- Coordinating office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- Supporting HR and Finance teams with documentation, invoicing, and employee onboarding processes.
- Organizing internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and handling logistics.
- Assisting in planning business trips, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
- Managing communication with external vendors, service providers, and partners.
- Supporting the leadership team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
You are the right person for the role if you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administration or management role.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level); knowledge of German would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general tech-savviness.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
