You'll lead the charge in blending creativity with strategy, ensuring our clients' brands are not just seen but remembered and loved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging, authentic content strategies that tell compelling brand stories.
  • Ensure our creative strategies remain innovative and relevant while aligning with best practices on TikTok, Meta, and Snap.
  • Design strategy plans for measurable impact, ensuring alignment with key business KPIs.
  • Seamlessly integrate creator content into clients' marketing campaigns while ensuring it represents the brand's tone of voice and equity.
  • Develop fun and engaging creative concepts that bring brands to life on TikTok & beyond.
  • Spot virals, shifts and trends on social media before they peak and turn insights into must-watch content.
  • Work closely with our dynamic and talented team to deliver creative assets that surpass benchmarks.

Who You Are:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, social media management, or a related field.
  • Your English communication skills are impeccable, both written and verbal (min C1 level).
  • A strategic thinker, you're well-versed in the nuances of social media.
  • Behind the creative soul stands an analytical mind who uses data and insights to drive creative decisions.
  • Experienced in managing UGC campaigns/influencer campaigns with a portfolio to prove it.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of different ad formats across Meta, TikTok, and Snap, and can develop creative ideas that align with best practices for each video or still format.
  • You understand how different ad formats contribute to powerful full-funnel social media paid and organic strategies, effectively driving both brand awareness and/or performance.
  • You know perfectly well what the latest trends on TikTok are and love to use your knowledge to create creative ideas for clients.
  • You are a challenger who thrives on learning and growing, always seeking opportunities to innovate and push creative boundaries.
  • Your dream is to work with international brands in global markets.
