What type of people are we looking for?

  • A-players when it comes to self-time management
  • Go-getters with at least 3 years of experience in content marketing (focusing on paid ads creation)
  • Ambitious personalities with a strong growth mindset (we encourage all of our team members to be better each day)
  • Reliable and well-organized, who knows that delivery is the key to success
  • Confident when it comes to working with clients
  • Not afraid to learn new things and gain new skills
  • Polish & English speaking positive souls who are true team players (min. B2) - knowledge of these two languages is mandatory
What skills and experience are crucial for us?
  • Both creative and data-driven mindset when preparing the ad strategy (you know that ads go hand in hand with performance)
  • Creative thinking and ideation methodology
  • Knowledge of best practices and current trends
  • Being able to propose and defend your ideas to the client
  • Fast reaction to feedback and on-the-spot change implementation
  • Ability to execute workshops with clients about strategy and creative processes
  • Strong and wide experience with physical and digital e-commerce products
  • Effective briefing and cooperating with graphic designers and copywriters to deliver outstanding ads for e-commerce clients
  • Experience with project management tools (it doesn't matter which one, but you can get extra points if you worked with ClickUp and Miro)
  • The knowledge of all ad formats across paid media platforms
  • Being able to come up with persona and market research
  • Available at least for 70 h/month and mainly during the day e.g. 9 am - 5 pm (with a possibility to change our cooperation to full time)

  • Salary between 100 - 150 PLN gross per hour (or net on B2B contract)
  • Agreement type of your choice between B2B contract or contract of mandate (UZ)
