About the Role

We seek a skilled HR Specialist, fluent in Spanish, to join our Reward and Career Changes Team at the UPM Global HR Service Center in Krakow, Poland.

  • Support local UPM units with administrative tasks related to employment life cycles and benefits
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services
  • Provide expert advice on HR processes, policies, and procedures using various software and systems
  • Maintain accurate data in HR systems, prepare documents, and participate in projects
Your Background and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with potential adjustments based on your language skills and experience
  • Prior HR experience or interest in developing in this area is preferred
  • Comfortable working with various software and systems, including ServiceNow and Workday
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude
