Job Title: Sustainability Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sustainability Director to lead our corporate sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing comprehensive sustainability strategies and improving environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sustainable business strategy that aligns with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability opportunities
  • Lead the development of sustainability reports and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Monitor and analyze key sustainability metrics, including energy consumption, waste generation, and greenhouse gas emissions
  • Identify and implement new technologies and practices that enhance sustainability performance
  • Engage stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers, to promote sustainability and foster partnerships
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or business (Master's preferred)
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Sustainability Professional) desirable
  • 5+ years in sustainability management with leadership experience
  • Expertise in sustainability frameworks and environmental compliance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
