Product Owner Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Product Owner to join our Digital eCommerce Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the Product Backlog for 2-3 Scrum Teams using Agile practices and values. This includes:
  1. Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
  2. Working closely with the Development Team, Scrum Master, other Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to maximize business value
  3. Defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the product
  4. Analyzing data from Google Analytics and software monitoring tools
  5. Analyzing feedback from customers

Requirements
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a collaborative culture
  2. Knowledge of Agile software development process and best practices
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Focused on delivering business value
  5. Able to empathize with customers and their problems
  6. Experience leading software projects
  7. Proactive personality willing to make a difference from a customer perspective
  8. Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Leadership experience in Agile environment as Product Owner or Business Analyst
  2. Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO)
  3. Knowledge of techniques like user story mapping or impact mapping
