Sustainability Manager

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy ('PRISM') by 2030
  • Enhance the Group's sustainability ratings through regular assessments and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for sustainability improvement and implement initiatives that drive positive environmental impacts
  • Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, including energy consumption, waste generation, and greenhouse gas emissions
  • Leverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform strategic decisions and ensure compliance
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and communities, to promote sustainability and drive social and environmental value
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement sustainability-focused campaigns and initiatives
  • Drive innovation through research and implementation of new technologies, practices, and strategies that enhance sustainability performance
  • Manage sustainability-related budgets and costs to ensure financial viability
  • Promote a culture of sustainability throughout the organization, providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or business; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional certifications, such as Certified Sustainability Professional, are desirable
  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability management with leadership experience
  • Expertise in sustainability frameworks, initiatives, and environmental compliance
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, integrity, trust, process management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
  • Full-time employment contract (B2B)
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm/8am-4pm/9am-5pm
