Job Description
Location: Chișinău | Supporting international teams | Full-time
We're currently looking for a People Operations Associate to join our team and support HR operations across Moldova, Poland and other locations. If you're detail-oriented, solution-driven, and passionate about creating a seamless employee experience, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our dynamic People Operations team, you'll take ownership of daily HR activities and ensure smooth, compliant, and employee-centric processes, including:

  • People Operations: Manage employment processes - onboarding, changes, absences, offboarding
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate records and support the employee lifecycle
  • Benefits & Compensation: Administer programs and respond to employee inquiries
  • Payroll Support: Process employee changes and prepare salary reports
  • Oracle HRIS: Manage data, approve changes, and generate reports
  • Health & Safety: Coordinate medical checkups and manage work protection documentation
  • International Assignments: Support relocation and assignment documentation
  • General HR Support: Handle employment-related tasks and ensure alignment with local laws

Qualifications
What You'll Bring

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years of HR/People Operations experience (preferably in a multinational environment)
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Oracle, Smart Recruiters or other HR systems (training provided if needed)
  • Strong English proficiency (B2 or higher)
