We are looking for a Managing Director, reporting to the Head of Digital Access Solutions for CE, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for our newly acquired part of ASSA ABLOY, Roger, with the ultimate goal to achieve profitable growth. The core business for Roger are Electronic Access Control projects. The goal is to deliver periodic financial results, as well as developing the company from the commercial and operational point of view. Join our Team in Gdańsk and Gościszewo, Poland, and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of. **What would you do as our Managing Director**As our Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Roger, an electronic access control system (EAC) company in Poland. Roger is located in Gościszewo with offices in Gdansk, has 113 employees, and is the market leader in integrated security solutions in Poland. Roger is a newly acquired part of the ASSA ABLOY group as of December 2024.
