What You Will Do

  • Develop designs for apparel and accessories according to the brand's style and target audience.
  • Cooperate with other designers, pattern makers, and graphic designers.
  • Select materials, colors, and accessories.
  • Prepare mood boards and conduct research.
  • Maintain technical documentation for the designed assortment.
  • Confirm prototypes, quality, accessories, and colors in cooperation with the head designer.
  • Monitor the development processes of samples of the designed assortment.
  • Control the quality of the made garments.
  • Report on the progress of the work to the chief designer.
  • Keep track of fashion trends.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • You are creative and have a natural ability to develop innovative models and designs.
  • You can effortlessly bring your ideas to life through sketches and visual representations.
  • You have a strong command of Adobe graphic programs, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • You possess a solid understanding of cutting and sewing principles, as well as fabrics, textiles, accessories, and garment finishing technologies.
  • You communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
  • You have a genuine interest in fashion and a refined sense of aesthetics.
  • You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • You are fluent in English, ensuring seamless communication in an international environment.
