Global Procurement at ARJO oversees all activities and expenditures within our global supply chain, including components, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, and third-party items. Our goal is to maintain the industry's most responsible, agile, cost-efficient, safe, and compliant supplier base through strong partnerships and shared risk-taking, ultimately creating a more efficient and resilient supply chain that adapts to the dynamic demands of the global economy.

We are now looking for a Category OEM, who can be a part of our success

As a Category Manager, you are a key member of the OEM team. Your mission is to develop and implement a strategy that is aligned with the financial objectives of Arjo Global Supply Chain. You´ll leverage your knowledge about the market for the area of OEM.

As Category Manager (OEM) you will be responsible for:

  1. Build and develop a global sourcing process and strategy for OEM category with Marketing and SSUs.
  2. Daily collaboration and development of relationships with internal stakeholders on OEM management.
  3. Creating development roadmaps based on identified risks and opportunities.
  4. Leading global sourcing projects (Supplier selection, RFI and RFQ / TCO cost-down development).
  5. Collaboration with Marketing and SSUs enabling the development of competitive new products portfolio.

Skills you will need:

  1. Ability to lead multinational teams in dedicated projects.
  2. Coach and share knowledge and expertise with others.
  3. Find business opportunities, organize and drive the agenda.
  4. Build and maintain good relations across the organization.
  5. At least 5 years professional experience in procurement with global scope, including 2-3 years of category management (knowledge of toolbox, cost models).
  6. Proven track record in OEM Sourcing / Negotiations / Contract management.
  7. Bachelor degree or equivalent / preferred Business.
  8. Industry knowledge: market, material, production process will be an additional asset.
