Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, executing individual sales, identifying new clients and opportunities, communicating with suppliers, conducting training sessions, and organizing workshops.

Requirements:
- Higher education in biology, medicine, veterinary science, or biotechnology
- Experience in sales within the biomedical environment
- Fluency in English
- Native proficiency in Polish
- Flexibility in terms of time and personal commitments
- Independence and responsibility
- Strong sales and success orientation
- Willingness for frequent business travel
- Valid category B driving license
