About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager with Performance Marketing Experience to lead the development and execution of our innovative AI/ML product. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive product strategy, foster business development, and oversee product innovation. This role is not just about creating products but ensuring they are effectively marketed and sold. As a product leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology and ensuring it provides the best value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Product Leadership: Drive the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with company objectives. Oversee product development from conception to execution.
Business Development: Establish and maintain key partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and user feedback to guide product innovation and optimize the user experience.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate on the design and implementation of effective strategies for market entry, growth, and customer acquisition.
Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day product operations, ensuring the product evolves in line with market trends and customer demands.
Marketing Understanding: Be proactive in understanding how to effectively sell products, including customer acquisition strategies and working alongside the marketing team to drive performance.
Qualifications:
Proven Track Record: Successful experience in product development and scaling, preferably in the AI/ML or e-commerce space.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data, think critically, and develop actionable strategies to drive growth and user satisfaction.
Performance Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of performance marketing, including how to build and manage funnels, as well as understanding of customer acquisition processes.
Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership skills with experience inspiring and motivating teams towards shared goals.
Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business fundamentals, including finance, marketing, and operations.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Product Mastery: Deep experience with product development in SMB segments, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong Work Ethic: A relentless drive to succeed and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is required.
Preferred Segment Experience: Experience in B2C or SMB segments is highly preferred due to the fast-paced nature of the business. Experience in Enterprise segments is not as suitable due to the slower pace of development in that area.
