In the Global Center inside People Services, we are responsible for smoothly executing the Global Compensation process for Volvo Group employees. In the team, we use and configure a cloud-based online platform, SAP SuccessFactors, in keeping with business requirements in different countries.

You will be a member of the SF Product Team and work with Foundational functionalities, mostly for compensation and EC modules.

  • You will be a part of a stable team and work in an agile way.
  • Your main mission will be to provide functional expertise in configuring the compensation module in the Success Factors in design with the compensation process. Therefore, understanding and experience in core HR and compensation will be an additional asset (Incentive plans as STI, LTI and Company bonus, Employee Central).
  • You will be responsible for the further development and harmonization of the Variable pay template.
  • You will analyze and optimize business processes together with cross-process specialist teams, as well as analyze errors, develop workarounds and permanent solutions, assist with how-to-questions, handle change requests, identify issues in HR processes, and propose improvements.
  • You will take part in implementation projects.
  • You will provide trainings if needed for Global key users.
  • You will keep incidents, develop documentation and knowledge base up to date.
If you are:
  • Someone who communicates proficiently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Can conduct business analysis, identify client needs, and propose solutions.
  • Able to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical individuals based on your experience working with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and implementing the Compensation and Employee Central modules. Certifications related to SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.
  • Oriented on strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle complex software challenges.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach, with a focus on knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
