Your responsibilities:

  • Order management – Perform different transactions in SAP: order booking, price & availability, billing etc.
  • Logistics - Monitor the complete delivery processes (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier) and arrange special deliveries on request.
  • Returns management and upgrades of devices.
  • Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
  • Daily use of CRM tool (Salesforce) to register all incoming e-mails/phone calls from customers and sales reps.
  • Perform different analysis and maintenance of databases for customers.
  • Act effectively to resolve various issues in cooperation with supervisor/ coordinator and other team members if required.

Our requirements:

  • Language need: Fluent German, English and Polish.
  • Has higher education and analytical skills (Excel).
  • IT literate and a fast learner.
  • Experience in customer service in medical industry and SAP/Salesforce skill will be an asset.
  • Has the ability to work under pressure.
  • Likes to work both independently and in a team.
  • Flexible and open-minded.
