Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactive product portfolio management in the Area East (identifying potential, competition, orders, and sales)
  • Certificate process coordination for Ukraine and the Customs Union EAC
  • Preparing and uploading product information to catalogues
  • Communicating product information (NPI) to internal and external audiences
  • Supporting Sales, Marketing, and Technical Teams
  • Liaising with European Product Management on product-related topics
  • Implementing day-to-day product management activities
  • Administering product data in SAP and PSP
  • Supervising catalogues (including online versions)
  • Selecting spare parts (hotline cataloging)
  • Creating presentations and conducting product training sessions
  • Developing a product strategy for Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, and Central Asia
  • Analyzing market demands for products
  • Translating content and managing online communities (REPXPERT, webpage, social media)
Your Qualifications:
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the Ukraine and Custom Union EAC product certification process
  • Excellent knowledge of the spare parts market in Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, and Central Asia
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerBI required)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • Open-minded and willing to take on challenges and adapt to change
  • Willingsness to visit customers and provide active sales support
  • Good command of Russian (B2/C1 level required)
  • Good command of English (B2/C1 level required)
  • Ukrainian and Polish language skills are an advantage
