Job Description

You will lead the development, and agreement of supply planning and inventory management activities for the Standard Product space by working with Operations, Logistics, Customer Care, Demand Planning, and Businesses to increase inventory across the supply chain consistent with customer service.

You will be reporting to a GLOBAL SUPPLY PLANNING COE MANAGER – STANDARD PRODUCT. You will be based in Singapore, Corporation place.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Development / ownership of S&OP supply planning strategies for the Standard Product space aligned with the ETO space. Collaborate with main ISC partners to assess operational requirements and develop supply planning strategies to achieve the goals.
  2. Oversee the development of and monitor ongoing effectiveness of production and inventory control practices and standardization with a team of Supply Planning Managers who lead the regional Supply Planning teams comprised of Finished Good Planners and Master Production Schedulers with dotted line accountability of Planning within Operations.
  3. Apply an experience of supply planning and overall supply chain management and substantial experience to identify complex business problems with end to end solutions that deliver RA and Customer outcomes.
  4. Implement world-class systems of inventory and supply planning management. Ensure appropriate metrics and tools to increase performance while working with teams to prioritize and guide implementations.
  5. Be fluent in several information systems related to supply planning. Work with partners to suggest maintenance and enhancements to business and manufacturing systems with the goal of improving our ability to meet inventory goals and improve responsiveness to customer requirements. Participate in / propose next-gen technology for supply planning.
  6. Collaborate with senior functional leaders to establish all our goals. Be a catalyst for change to achieve team goals and addressing barriers to change.
  7. Develop strategic relationships to ensure implementation of the corporate growth strategies and revenue achievement while maintaining cost.
  8. Stay current on supply planning and overall supply chain trends to create vision for supply planning that is fit for the future.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  1. You must be willing to travel up to 30% domestic and internationally.
  2. Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  3. Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management.
  4. Experience within a production/inventory control environment required.
  5. Experience as a manager in several areas of supply chain: supply planning, inventory management, production planning and control, logistics, and demand planning/forecasting; experience in using SAP for production planning, supply planning, and demand planning; experience with multi-echelon inventory planning tools and applications; experience in leading process improvement projects, facilitating diverse teams, and training others on new process/solutions; experience in cost reduction and cycle time improvement; and experience with supply chain simulation.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  1. BS or BA in Operations/Materials/or Supply Chain required.
  2. APICS certification.
