  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Departments with project, program, or portfolio management at an international level. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/University.
  • Experience with business development, solution development, project/program management, and project delivery (PMP, Certified BA, and/or ScrumMaster Certification will be a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with efficient cooperation in an international environment with external and internal clients.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of using Agile and ITIL (Certifications will be a plus). English proficiency – C1.
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to develop great relations and create an efficient work environment.

  • Manages and executes multiple projects or initiatives and delivers high-quality services on time and within budgeted expectations.
  • Defines deliverables, objectives, constraints, and assumptions throughout the life cycle of all IT project or program activities.
  • Plans and re-schedules priorities and timescales considering changing requirements.
  • Coordinates a range of people to deliver exceptional internal client advice and support.
  • Applies innovative and creative techniques in suggesting and implementing process improvements to processes and procedures related to own area.
  • Identifies the most appropriate solution from a range of options providing adequate justification and rationale.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with client groups.
  • Develops a deep expertise in IT Services Delivery and maintenance area of specialism. Shares knowledge with other KPMG colleagues/teams and contributes to the development of knowledge resources.
  • Takes accountability for managing scope and delivering timely and quality deliverables. Communicates risk and issues early to Leaders as appropriate.
  • Drives and creates innovative solutions which strengthen business performance and differentiate KPMG from our competition.
  • Holds reviews on completion of projects to identify lessons learned and enhance future quality and efficient planning.
  • Leads and supports business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and other activities.
  • Efficiently manages and supports delivery of complex End2End IT solutions to our internal and external clients.
  • Develops, defines, improves, designs, and recommends new processes and efficient ways of working for services, projects, and organization.
  • Acts and speaks up if they observe and/or are made aware of conduct that is inconsistent with KPMG's values and ethical standards.

You will be an integral part of the high-performance and efficient IT Delivery Management team, and with close cooperation with other IT departments, you will be responsible and accountable for IT solutions delivery for KPMG and our KPMG Clients located in Poland and in the CEE region.

You will be actively involved in our KPMG IT transformation to create solutions in line with flexible Software Development procedures, guidelines, and practices. Definitely, one of the most interesting challenges will be active cooperation with IT projects based on Microsoft Azure solutions.
