Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and construction of high-throughput screening platforms
  • Development of biochemical and cell-based assays, including optimization, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Evaluation of novel cell-based screening initiatives
  • Conversion of assays into HTS format through miniaturization
  • Design and implementation of in vitro pharmacology experiments for low-throughput compound profiling
  • Performance of HT screens and hit identification
  • Statistical analysis, reporting, and critical data evaluation
Your Background:
  • Master's degree in pharmacology, molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a biotech/pharma setting or Ph.D. in relevant biological sciences
  • Good knowledge of in vitro pharmacology concepts, with a strong focus on one or more areas: intracellular signaling, cancer metabolism, immunology, CNS
  • Experience working with cell lines and cell-based assays in microplate format
  • Prior experience with mid-to-high throughput screening, liquid handling devices, and lab automation is beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven troubleshooting experience
