Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the operational tasks of Customer Service – processing of Client dispositions (leasing contract management)
  2. Cooperate with local Customer Service organizations
  3. Implement improvements to current processes
  4. Involvement in projects related to Customer Service area
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills
  1. High School Degree / relevant year of Customer Service experience
  2. Customer Focus
  3. Bias for action (focus on results and use of intelligent risk taking)
  4. Team Alignment (team player; supports and respects others)
  5. Accountability and responsibility (personally driving change and using operational discipline to deliver on the promise)

  9. Ability to work with various IT applications (LEO, SAP BI reporting tools, etc.)
