Job Description - Customer Service – Senior Process Associate - Polish – Remote Poland (BFS041745)

Role Overview:
Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service – Senior Process Associate - Polish – Remote Poland. Perform operational tasks within Auto-finance Call Center and Customer Portal. Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Responsible for ensuring Logistic Claims processes compliance with related financial controls. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the operational tasks of Customer Service – Call Center.
  2. Deliver different Customer Service processes KPI's.
  3. Cooperate with local Customer Service organizations.
  4. Implement improvements to current processes.
  5. Involvement in projects related to Customer Service area.
  6. Ensure efficient customer service processes.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

  1. High School Degree / logistics can be an advantage.
  2. Customer Focus and Experience in Claims Management will be an asset.
  3. Bias for action and focus on results.
  4. Team Alignment.
  5. Accountability and responsibility.
  6. Growth Mindset.
  7. Good communication skills.
  8. Problem solving and decision-making ability.
  9. Ability to work with various IT applications (LEO, SAP BI reporting tools, etc.).

  3. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  4. Knowledge of MS Office.
