We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Call Center Agent – Senior Process Associate - Polish – Remote Poland to join our team.

Responsibilities
• Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Participating in projects related to customer service

Requirements
• High school degree or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in claims management (an asset)
• Analytical skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
