Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service and support to clients, utilizing excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, interacting with clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone or email, ensuring timely resolution.
  2. Forward inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary, guaranteeing accurate and efficient resolution.
  3. Issue certificates of insurance and verify coverage as needed, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Provide detailed information regarding insurance products, coverage options, and policy details, catering to client needs and preferences.
  5. Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and changes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  6. Process insurance applications, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to company protocols and deadlines.
  7. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a positive client experience.
  8. Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to client interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  2. Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective client interaction and clear documentation.
  4. Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian language required for client interaction.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of client issues.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software, including Zendesk and Office 365, is preferred but not mandatory.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  8. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and client interactions.
  9. A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor is essential for delivering exceptional client service.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm Eastern Time, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and minimizing evening or weekend work requirements.

Trial Period:
