Customer Service Process Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Process Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our customer service division, you will be responsible for leading our digital transformation efforts and driving process optimization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement AI, chatbots, CRM, and automation tools to improve customer service processes
- Collaborate with IT and customer service teams to deploy new digital solutions globally
- Analyze processes and implement automation tools such as RPA and self-service portals
- Work closely with stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business needs
- Develop and track KPIs, analyze project impact, and ensure continuous improvements
- Support new technology investments with data-driven proposals
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service / process automation
- Strong knowledge of AI, chatbots, CRM, RPA
- Experience in process analysis and technology implementation
- Agile, Prince2, or PMP methodologies
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
