We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Process Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our customer service division, you will be responsible for leading our digital transformation efforts and driving process optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement AI, chatbots, CRM, and automation tools to improve customer service processes
  • Collaborate with IT and customer service teams to deploy new digital solutions globally
  • Analyze processes and implement automation tools such as RPA and self-service portals
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business needs
  • Develop and track KPIs, analyze project impact, and ensure continuous improvements
  • Support new technology investments with data-driven proposals

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service / process automation
  • Strong knowledge of AI, chatbots, CRM, RPA
  • Experience in process analysis and technology implementation
  • Agile, Prince2, or PMP methodologies
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
