Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of SAP IM solutions to align with Stryker's business needs for enhancements and projects.
  • Collaborate with global process governance, IT business partners, and delivery teams to drive alignment in solution designs and delivery timelines.
  • Author and maintain detailed system and technical documentation to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance systems process flow and overall performance.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Good understanding of RICEF and customizations in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences and senior management.
  • Fluent in English, speaking other languages is a plus.
